There are 3 levels of staging:
1. Evaluation or Appraisal of property, which consists of an on-site evaluation
of all areas of the property to assess what areas can be improved for the sale of the property. We will fax our report within
24 hours, and offer follow up help with any potential problems found.
2. Update,
Organize, De-clutter. We can provide you with appropriate tradespeople to help with
any necessary changes such as painters, handyman, electrician, plumber. We can help choose paint colors, tile, carpeting,
etc...and help decide where it would be best to invest in order to sell the property for top dollar.
3. Furniture and Accessory Staging which can include use of existing
furnishings and accessories, Loaned or borrowed furnishings, or rented furnishings. Not all areas of a property always need
to be staged with furniture, we can help you decide where and how much furniture is actually necessary to showcase the property
correctly.

This special price includes a complete evaluation (approx 2
hours) of your property, which will be faxed to you or your realtor within 24 hours of the visit.
During the visit
we will take special notice of the flow of the home, usage of the space, maintenance issues, curb appeal issues, furnishings
and clutter, etc....
We will then send you a complete written evaluation room by room of the issues we think may
have a negative impact on the sale of the property, as well as our recommendations on things that need to be
updated, fixed, or even stored away.
After the initial evaluation phase, we would be happy to work with you
futher, supplying any of our design services such as paint colors, tile or flooring choices, or supplying furniture or accessories
if needed.
*Note: We are not home inspectors, and our evaluation does not include the
structural integrity of the home or any of the systems such as heating/air conditioning, plumbing or electrical.
