This special price includes a complete evaluation (approx 2 hours) of your property, which will be faxed to you or your realtor within 24 hours of the visit.

During the visit we will take special notice of the flow of the home, usage of the space, maintenance issues, curb appeal, furnishings and clutter, etc....

We will then send you a complete written evaluation room by room of the issues we think may have a negative impact on the sale of the property, as well as our recommendations on things that need to be updated, fixed, or even stored away.

After the initial evaluation phase, we would be happy to work with you further, supplying any of our design services such as paint colors, tile or flooring choices, or supplying furniture or accessories if needed. 

*Note: We are not home inspectors, and our evaluation does not include the structural integrity of the home or any of the systems such as heating/air conditioning, plumbing or electrical. This special intro applies to homes up to 4 bedrooms, any home larger than 4 bedrooms is $325.
